I am 5'2", have heavy dense breasts. And short waisted to boot. I wear 34 DDD. I can't wear underwire bras either. I have found the most comfortable bra recently. The FORLEST Hanna 2.0 gives me the support l need without underwire construction. Has wide straps so 5hey don't dig into my shoulders. I have those indents in my shoulders from wearing thin strap bras. I tried several of the FORLEST styles and found only the Hannah 2.0 style gave me the overall support I need. Reduces the look of backfat and sideboob. Has wide band. FULL disclosure, the band doesfold up in front on me, due to being short waisted. The advert starts with the cost of the bra being $62, BUT first time purchases get 15% off and ordering a second bra is 30% off. So I got 2 bras for $80, free shipping. That's about $40 a bra which is an average cost of a Vanity Fair, Bali or Walcohl when on sale at Macy's/Dillards, Nordstrom or Belks. Good luck ladies.

Very happy to find you as I have very heavy bust and can not having the right bra, and have not measured as we don't have any place to measure. I wear a 44dd so they are hard to fit. We do not have Nordstrom.

Upper arms/triceps are a common problem for women. On sports bra.. I bought one at VS yrs ago for $65, underwire, SO comfy. Still in excellent shape & fits after losing a full cup size. Over a C, suggest 3 hooks, hand wash or delicate cycle in a bag. Don't over dry them. Ty

I like the tip on zipper length. I take jeans that fit & measure them to new jeans, at least in waist & length to get an idea. Lots of trouble getting jeans to fit. Jeans in a 29" inseam or from Belk fit the best

Exactly! I hate stretchy jeans. They squash everything bad. You need a tad of stretch (mid rise for me🌹) Had 2 sections but honestly it wasn't the pregnancies. It was definitely menopause😂 (Also at 5'2, small patterns for tops) I love good yoga pants as shapewear🥰

The spanx bra-lalujah is a horrible fit. I’m small-breasted and the coverage was not good. Also, spillage under the arms/sides. I wanted to love it. Hope it works for you, though☺️

Does that Ziip Halo really work? I’ve seen so many items that supposedly work that really don’t. If I don’t like it can I return it? I had long hair for years. It was straight and thick. I finally needed to cut it and it is short now. Wow, when my hair is short it is curly. 😁 Love it. Unfortunately after my spouse died I am financially tight. So I shop where I can afford it. I use to wear the type clothes you recommend but I have also gained weight when I was the carer for my husband before he passed. I will try. But everything is so expensive now. I love white jeans but I cannot find any that fits my weird shaped body.
